KCULTURESHOP™ ships products to customers worldwide through our international fulfillment partners. Shipping times, costs, and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and product.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Japan, South Korea, and selected international destinations.
Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship your order there.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is typically 14–25 business days after order processing.

Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be fulfilled from different locations and shipped separately.
As a result, you may receive more than one package and packages may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take several business days after shipment to begin showing updates.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
