Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify's secure checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and more.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at kculture@ai-onlabs.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 14–25 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Japan, South Korea, and selected international countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.
Who fulfills my order?
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party suppliers located internationally. This helps us bring you a wider range of curated K-idol inspired pieces.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
No. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Which items cannot be returned?
Personal care items, customized products, perishable goods, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
